Katie is very excited to announce the release of a new music video for her song "Everything Has Its Way." The song is on Katie's latest release - "Follow Your Every Beat" EP - and was recently featured on ABC's Private Practice. The music video was made by the incredible multi-media artist, Jeremy Herman. Enjoy!

First, Katie’s new EP “Follow Your Every Beat” is now available for digital sale on iTunes and for physical sale in Katie’s music store! Her song “Everything Has Its Way” From the new EP will be featured on tonight’s episode of ABC’s Private Practice, which airs at 10/9c!

Second, she is releasing a songbook of piano/vocal sheet music from her album “Lamplight,” which also includes water color drawings relating to each song and the concept of the album.

The songbook features all 12 songs from her album “Lamplight” as well as 15 NEW original drawings by the stunning artist Cait Raft. You can buy a physical version of the book, a digital PDF version of the book, or digital sheet music of each/any individual song(s)… ALL of this is now available on Katie’s ONLINE STORE! ENJOY!

News & Updates

I recently had the extreme pleasure of performing on NPR’s Mountain Stage in West Virginia. The folks there are incredible and it was such a wonderful evening of music. I didn’t know it at the time, but it was / will be my last show of 2011. I have been in a secret layer near the earth’s core creating my next big plan of attack. And by attack, I of course mean musical release. I have been recording like a maniac and making other, creative, secretive things like a maniac. Disclaimer: I did not make a baby.

I deeply and sinceriously thank each and every person I have crossed paths with this year. I appreciate your support, encouragement, and love for music more than all the kittens and cupcakes in the universe. Next year I will be releasing and concocting lots more music, some music videos, an official “Lamplight” songbook, and lots more. Basically, I am making a mountain of creative stuff in the hopes to make a big splash. Sue me. Everyone’s doing it. I cannot wait for more touring, shenanigans, and treats.
